VIP Subscriptions

Weekly VIP is $6.99 for the first eligible week, then $16.99 per week. Annual VIP is $199.99 per year, equivalent to $16.67 per month. These are the two current recurring VIP offers. Existing Monthly VIP subscriptions keep their agreed billing terms.

Each VIP plan renews automatically at its stated recurring price and schedule until canceled. Cancel through the applicable Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues through the server-recorded paid-through date. A failed renewal does not extend access.

Coins and Permanent Unlocks

The six one-time offers are 575 coins for $4.99, 960 coins for $7.99, 1,820 coins for $13.99, 3,750 coins for $24.99, 5,760 coins for $35.99, and 10,000 coins for $49.99. Every premium episode costs 50 coins for a permanent unlock. Coins have no cash value, do not expire, are not transferable, and include no separate bonus balance.

Coin packs are non-refundable except where required by law or platform obligations. Refunds, disputes, or other payment reversals may place the related wallet or access under review while the server-side billing record is resolved.

Anonymous Purchase Recovery

You may pay without signing in. Normcore creates an anonymous session so the purchase works immediately on the same device. For a paid anonymous order, Normcore sends a single-use access link to the receipt email collected by Stripe. The link expires after 15 minutes and can attach the purchase to a verified account for use on other devices. Email delivery is not a condition of payment success or same-device access.

Payment and Billing Records

Stripe Elements provides Contact Details, card payment, and eligible Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link controls inside the Normcore payment sheet. A bank-required authentication step such as 3-D Secure returns to the same order and Normcore return path. Stripe billing portals provide eligible payment-method management, subscription cancellation, and subscription invoice history.

Signed Stripe webhooks and verified server-side payment records are the only authority for paid status, VIP access, coins, or episode unlocks. Client confirmation, redirects, and browser state never grant value.
